Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ('AUP') describes activities that are not allowed on Senuto. It supplements our Terms of Service and applies to everyone who uses the Service.
1. You must not
- Violate any applicable law or third-party right, including IP, privacy and consumer-protection laws.
- Generate or distribute content that sexually exploits minors, incites violence, harasses, or facilitates self-harm.
- Produce targeted disinformation, deepfakes of real people without consent, or content designed to deceive voters.
- Send spam, phishing or unsolicited bulk messages, or evade anti-abuse controls of any platform we integrate with.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload or interfere with the Service or its infrastructure.
- Use the Service to build a competing product or to train competing AI models.
- Upload malware, exploit code, or content you do not have the right to process.
2. Automated and high-volume usage
API calls and automated agents must respect documented rate limits. We may throttle or suspend activity that materially degrades performance for other customers.
3. Security testing
You must not perform security testing without prior written authorization. To report a vulnerability, email [email protected]. We will acknowledge within 3 business days.
4. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and take action including warning, throttling, removing content, suspending features, or terminating accounts. For severe or repeated violations we may terminate without refund and report to authorities where required by law.
5. Reporting abuse
To report a violation, email [email protected] with as much detail as possible (URLs, screenshots, timestamps).
