Do you offer monthly plans or subscriptions?
No. Senuto has no plans, tiers or recurring subscriptions — you simply buy credits when you need them and spend them on the products you choose inside your dashboard.
What is a credit?
A credit is the unit of AI work inside Senuto. One credit costs $0.10. Each product consumes a fixed amount of credits per action — see the rate card above.
How do I unlock a product?
Sign in to your dashboard, open the product you want and run it. Credits are deducted only for the action you perform — there is nothing to subscribe to or activate up front.
What is the minimum purchase?
50 credits — $5, paid once. No trials, no demos, no bundles, no packs to choose from.
Is there a free trial?
No. We don't run trials or demos. The minimum 50-credit top-up is the lowest-risk way to try every product.
Do credits expire?
Purchased credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, and unused credits roll over with every new top-up.
Can I get a refund?
Unused credits are fully refundable within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. After 14 days, credits remain valid for the rest of the 12-month window.
Do you offer custom volume pricing?
Yes. For orders above 50,000 credits we offer custom invoicing, dedicated support, an SLA, optional bring-your-own-cloud deployment and volume discounts.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer is available today. Card, PayPal and Stripe will be available soon, and high-volume customers can pay via PO with NET-30 or NET-60 terms.
Are there per-seat fees?
No. There are no seats and no per-user fees — invite the whole team and only pay for the credits you actually spend.
What happens if I run out of credits?
Workflows pause gracefully and you're notified by email and in-app. Top up your balance anytime to keep going — nothing is lost.
Do you charge sales tax or VAT?
We charge applicable VAT, GST and sales tax based on your billing address. Valid VAT IDs are honored for EU reverse-charge billing.
