Terms of Service

Senuto provides AI-powered marketing tooling — content generation, SEO, social media management, analytics and related features — sold on a pay-as-you-go credit model. There are no plans, subscriptions or trials.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.

• Credits are sold as one-time top-ups, starting at 50 credits. They are consumed as you use AI features and product rates are shown at checkout and in your dashboard.
• Senuto does not sell subscriptions or recurring plans — nothing renews automatically.
• All prices exclude applicable VAT or sales tax, which is added at checkout.
• Failed payments may result in credits not being issued until resolved.

You agree to use the Service in line with our Acceptable Use Policy. Violations may result in suspension or termination without refund.

You retain ownership of the prompts, source material and generated outputs associated with your account ('Customer Content'). You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display Customer Content solely to provide the Service. We do not use Customer Content to train foundation models.

AI-generated outputs can be inaccurate, biased or out of date. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on or publishing them. The Service is not a substitute for professional legal, medical or financial advice.

The Service, including its software, design and trademarks, is owned by Senuto and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership of the Service to you.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or if required by law. You can close your account at any time from the dashboard.

The Service is provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Senuto is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence still apply.

We may update these Terms. We will notify you of material changes at least 14 days in advance via the app or email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
