Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident buying credits. This policy explains when refunds are available and how to request one.
1. 14-day refund window
You may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase for any credits that remain unused. Used credits and credits consumed by automated agents on your behalf are non-refundable.
2. One-time top-ups only
Senuto does not sell subscriptions, recurring plans or trial offers. Every purchase is a one-time top-up of credits. There is nothing to cancel and no renewal date — unused credits simply remain on your balance for 12 months.
3. EU / UK consumer right of withdrawal
Consumers in the EU and UK may withdraw from a digital purchase within 14 days. By starting to use credits during this period, you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal for credits that have been used.
4. Bank transfers and pending orders
If your order is awaiting bank transfer and you have not paid, you can cancel it from the dashboard at any time at no cost. No credits are issued before payment is received.
5. Exceptions
- Refunds are not provided for accounts suspended or terminated for breach of our Terms or Acceptable Use Policy.
- Refunds for promotional, bonus or gifted credits are not available.
- Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may result in account suspension.
6. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the email address on your account with your order ID and a short reason. We aim to respond within 3 business days and to process approved refunds to the original payment method within 10 business days.
