Connecting Senuto to your existing stack should feel like flipping a switch, not running a project. Below are the questions teams ask most often when they're scoping integrations — from authentication and data residency to building your own connector against our public API.
Is there an integration cost?
All native integrations are included on every paid plan at no extra cost — including enterprise destinations like Salesforce, HubSpot, Snowflake and BigQuery.
Can I build a custom integration?
Yes. Our REST API, GraphQL endpoint, webhooks and Zapier app cover any custom use case, and Enterprise customers get a dedicated solutions engineer to help scope it.
How long does it take to connect?
Most native integrations take under a minute with OAuth or an API key. Complex destinations like data warehouses typically take an afternoon with our setup guides.
Do you support OAuth and SSO?
Yes. We support OAuth 2.0 for source connections and SAML 2.0 / OIDC SSO for user login, including Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace and JumpCloud.
Where does my data live?
Data is stored in the region you choose: US, EU, UK, Canada or Australia. Enterprise customers can request additional regions and bring-your-own-cloud deployments.
How often do integrations sync?
Most syncs run every 15 minutes, with real-time webhooks for time-sensitive events. You can also trigger ad-hoc syncs from the UI or API.
What happens if an integration breaks?
We detect failures automatically, retry with exponential backoff and alert you in-app, by email and via Slack so nothing slips silently.
Can I scope what data is shared?
Yes. Every integration supports granular field-level permissions, allow-lists and PII redaction policies that your security team can configure.
Do you have a public API?
Yes. Our REST API is documented at our developer portal with code samples, an OpenAPI spec, a TypeScript SDK and interactive playground.
Are there rate limits?
Standard plans get 600 requests per minute; Growth and Enterprise get higher limits and burst capacity. Webhooks have no inbound limit.
Can I request a new integration?
Absolutely. We ship new native connectors monthly based on customer demand, and Enterprise customers can fast-track requests through their CSM.
Is there a sandbox environment?
Yes. Every workspace can spin up a separate sandbox with anonymized data to test integrations safely before promoting changes to production.
